Blood & Bones Kundalini Series

Blood & Bones Kundalini Series

Blood & Bones:  An Exploration of Consciousness

This workshop series utilizes Kundalini Yoga & Meditation as "tools for the times".
..."When the pressure is on you, start.  And the pressure will be off" (Yogi Bhajan).
How we relate to outside influences (stress) directly impacts the HEALTH of our nervous system, organs, cognitive, psychological and overall wellbeing.  When we consciously tap into cellular memory, (bring awareness into) the vibration of our blood and bones (our DNA), we transform.  Biochemical (micro) shifts correlate to the Cosmic (macro) shifts that are happening on our planet and we begin to feel a sense of UNITY, of Yogic connection to all that is.
Kriya (action), Pranayam (breath), Mudra (hand posture), Mantra (chanting/vibration) & Meditation all form the foundational "tools" for this guided exploration.
Please join us@Mayama Movement Studio for the first in a series of classes and workshops highlighting the foundations of Kundalini Yoga.
All levels and abilities welcome!
No prior experience necessary.
